SysCare ProActive is an outsourced network management and Service Desk support plan (managed services) ideal for small to medium sized companies that do not have full-time internal IT personnel.


SysCare will take care of all IT management operations, Service Desk and support functions assuming the role of “IT department” for your organisation. We shall continuously monitor all critical IT systems to ensure that they run at their optimum level.
